Marissa is a pre-licensed counselor and earned her Master’s of Science  in clinical mental health counseling from Wilmington University in 2022. She aims to utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques that align with your specific goals and needs. This is often referred to as an "eclectic approach". Her primary goal is to establish a safe and judgment-free environment in which clients can feel comfortable collaborating for their personal growth. Marissa works with young children, young adolescents, and adults through both in person and telehealth sessions.
